TICKETS
All tickets ordered for Winter Festival events from the website will be sent electronically via e-mail this year. Upon the purchase of your ticket you will receive a confirmation of your order and the tickets for the event(s) that you selected. This will be delivered to your e-mail address that you entered at the time of your purchase on the website. In event of a weather event cancellation tickets are non-refundable charitable donation.
You can show the e-mail with the ticket confirmation via your phone or bring a paper copy of the ticket to the event. If you have trouble with your ticket order or questions, please contact us at tickets@winterfestival.net. |
