SNOWFOLK ART COMPETITION
SnowFolk Art begins with a life-size cutout in the shape of a traditional snowman. Contestants start with a blank cutout, create an artwork, and enter their masterpiece for prizes in one of three categories, Historical or Well-Known Figures, Traditional Snowmen or Imaginative Free Form. There will be SnowFolk Art Workshops at Deer Park in December and January. Check the website for dates.
Village SnowFolk Art Exhibition View colorfully decorated SnowFolk characters created by talented artists. Entries will be on display at the New Hope-Solebury High School in front of the Cafeteria during the Pancake Breakfast. SnowFolk Art will also be on display in storefronts throughout New Hope and Lambertville.

ANNUAL WINTER FESTIVAL PARADE - Saturday, January 24, 2009.
Floats, a traditional favorite, are the stars of the parade whether they are on a wagon pulled by hand, towed behind an auto, or self-contained. Families, friends, teams, community groups, businesses, and individuals are invited to register a float in the parade. Prizes for the float competition – beyond valuable bragging rights – are $100, $75 and $50.
