Chef Geoff Thomas

He began his culinary career at the Scanticon in Princeton, NJ, where he climbed the ladder through practical hands on experience and guidance from many talented chefs he worked with.
After five years at Scanticon, he took a position as Sous Chef at the Lambertville Station in Lambertville, NJ. In 2004 he moved onto Marsha Browns Creole Kitchen in New Hope, PA as assistant kitchen manager where he handles the day-to-day operations of the kitchen.
Chef Scott “Chopper” Swieringa
This former accountant turned chef learned his craft at The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College in Philadelphia. Scott started his culinary career at Jenny’s Bistro (now Earl’s) in Peddler’s Village as a prep cook. After learning to be a line cook, Scott moved on to The Washington House in Sellersville, PA and then to Just Food by BrownGold in Buckingham becoming the sous chef at both establishments. From there he moved on to become the executive chef at The Archdiocese of Philadelphia.
Always aspiring to own his own restaurant, Scott now owns and operates Choppers All American Burgers in Lahaska, PA, with more locations coming soon. This is the place where you can dine in or take out some of the most amazing burgers, dogs, wings, steaks and shakes around.
While there enjoy some of his amazing Kap’n Krunch Chicken Fingers, which are seasoned and marinated chicken tenderloins breaded in Cap’n Crunch cereal. Or enjoy some great wings dipped in 1 of 11 of his great wing sauces.
You can visit Chopper online at choppersburgers.com and don’t forget, “Be less proper & more Chopper.”
